Product Description:
The governor has 6 wires, the black wire is the main line of the motor, the red and white are the capacitance auxiliary lines, and the two blue are the speed feedback lines. The green line is the ground wire.
Widely used in packaging, printing, food, electronics, instrumentation, medical equipment, clothing industry production line as speed drive device.

Usage method:
1. Turn off the power supply, connect according to the wiring diagram and confirm the correct wiring connection, do not modify arbitrarily;
2. Fixed the controller and set the speed to the lowest "0" so as to avoid the instantaneous high current and permanent damage when starting the power supply.
3. Then turn on the power supply, adjust the speed knob to the desired position, turn off the power supply when not needed;
4. Adjust the fine-tuning potentiometer (speed setting adjustment) on the side of the product if the connection between the governor and the motor fails to meet the requirements of the rotation distance or speed.
5. In order to change the direction of motor operation, only the jumper of CCW and CW on the connection seat on the back of the controller is replaced.
Choose COM and CW short connection, then the motor rotates clockwise.
Choose COM and CCW short connection, then the motor rotates counterclockwise.
6. The action switch only controls the motor to operate or stop, and does not interrupt the power supply. If it is not used for a long time, please turn off the power supply.
(When changing direction, the motor must be completely stopped before it can be changed.)
Notes:
