The RTL-SDR is an extremely cheap software defined radio which is based on DVB-T TV (Digital HD TV) USB receiver dongles that have the RTL2832U chip in them.
User can use the SDR software receive 100KHz-1.7GHz electromagnetic wave.
The receiver adopts RTL2832 programs, taking advantage of the Q-channel on RTL2832, adding support for 100KHz-24MHz frequency and receiving 100KHz-1.7GHz electromagnetic wave.
