Use:
1. Pull the upper blade (movable blade) away from the outside as shown in the figure, and detach the movable blade from the safety lock of the fixed blade. Remember to reattach it to the original place after use to prevent accidents (such as cutting fingers when children are playing).
2. Push the left side of paper to the Gauge ruler and up to the top, making sure regular cutting effect.
3. After finishing the above steps, press the paper with your left hand and cut off the paper by holding the movable blade with your right hand. The whole process is complete.

2. Please allow 1-3mm measuring deviation due to manual measurement.
